I'll find a picture and figure out how to put it in eventually. My real name is Jean. Yes, I really do knit a lot as well as crochet. I should find my gout tuber socks and show that picture too. They are the socks I was knitting when the Karamja diary came out and we all were crazy about finding gout tubers.

I have three kids (16 yo girl, 12 and 9 yo boys), 1 husband (married 20 years this August) and 2 cats. I'm a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom. We have homeschooled for 11 years. My daughter is working on being a silversmith, metalsmith, artist type. My first son enjoys cooking. We all garden. I was a computer programmer and software analyst before I became a mom.

I'm hearing impaired, out of shape and getting older every year, lol. I like to do as much with my family as I can. We swim, fly kites, blow up rockets and play chess. Only my daughter knits and crochets but I don't like sharing my yarn stash. We live in the middle of nowhere (Oklahoma), camping, hunting and fishing are the usual fare. We are only willing to camp and hike.

While I don't have a job that pays money, I spend lots of time volunteering for my church (Unitarian Universalist) working closely with the youth, ages 11 to 18.

Someday I'm going to teach myself how to design websites and start contracting. I like working.

I've been playing runescape for nearly 4 years. My nephew introduced it to my daughter. She needed help and someone was harassing her. So I joined thinking I would just play f2p and help her out. It wasn't long before I was up to fishing lobsters and *needed* to get to Catherby, all downhill from there. My husband also plays in his very little spare time and my first son plays some. Trade restrictions have changed how we play as a family. But we still get together to go kill the King Black Dragon or rescue each other.

This is probably more than you ever wanted to know about me. I hope you stopped after the first few paragraphs if it is too much. Thanks for having me in the clan chat and as part of this clan. You are all wonderful.
